First Bunco Night

Just thought this would be a good idea so everyone can see what is going on and keep updated on how things are going and playing. Last night was our first official Bunco night for this new group. It was at my house and we had a lot of fun. Those that were not there, were missed! The food was good (well, I made it-- maybe we should ask others)... the game was pretty low scoring, but I think every one had a good time. I will make sure that next time we will have the updated bunco score sheets and Amy H. volunteered to get us a "bunco bag"... of coarse! We have to have a Bunco Bag! Ha! :) And thanks to Kristen for the tables! Chad had my camera, so these are pictures from my phone... Next time I will bring the real deal. I will post the winners of the prizes on the side each month. And feel free to post all you want!

Here's my personal apology for being such a dork last night! I promise not to make this game harder than it really is from now on. :)

I thought the food was GREAT Ashley, except I think there should be a rule that there has to be caffeine. j/k! Well, kind of. ;)Good job on the blog, it's really cool! Thanks for all your work on everything, you did great.

Loved the food Ashley, like I already told you! It was a ton of fun and can't wait for next months! Thanks for taking charge and getting this going.

Am I the only one who doesn't know what a "bunco bag" is?

I didn't either until Amy H said... "You don't have a bunco bag?!" She then explained that it is a bag that holds all the pens, scoresheets, and all other Bunco needed stuff... I then volunteered her to get/make us one! ha!

Is Melissa Wood still hosting in July for the old Buncho group? Or are we done with that one?

Hi Hilari-- we are still doing the other group... we only started this one because there were more women that wanted to play.

There are a lot of women in our new ward who want to play too but I don't want to have two groups. What if we made July the last month for the original group?

Oh that would make me so sad to not have the other group. That's our only chance to see everyone in the other ward. I hope that's not what ends up happening.
